Meet William Rogers, M.D., FACEP 

Dr. William “Bill” Rogers brings more than 40 years of clinical experience to his role of Chief Medical Officer at Applied Policy. Prior to joining Applied Policy, Bill spent 14 years at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), during which time he served as an interface between the agency and the clinicians who care for Medicare patients.
